How it Works:

 

up to 6 months

This engagement is from 6 -12 months. It will give you the space and flexibility in your schedule to execute the discoveries we make. 

12 sessions 

We will meet together for an hour (both in-person and online) with check-ins between sessions.

Unlimited Support

During our time together together you will have access to me via text, emails or scheduled phone calls. 

 
 

Structure

The Holy Sh/ft is customized for each client although with the outcome to be the same: Give you the clarity to confidently make HOLY SH/FTS in your personal and professional life.

Bonus

During our engagement, the most influential person in your life (spouse, partner or best friend) is invited to participate in 1-2 sessions to be a part of your process to influence change.

 
 

Hi! I’m Shea … like the butter. Transition is my second language.  I moved 37 times before I found a house. I’ve had several careers, a very lonely spiritual pilgrimage and navigated health challenges around every turn. I coach because I don’t want you to be alone. WHAT to expect

  • Life Assessment

    We will take a 360 view of your life: relationships, finances, spirituality, career, hobbies/play, health & wellbeing and environment. This view will give you perspective to create the life you want.

    Your Values

    At the foundation of every person’s life is their deep moral and spiritual convictions also known as values. We will define these values with absolute clarity so that you can apply them to every decision you face.

    Your Story

    Documenting your story is foundational work. You can’t know where you’re going until you know where you came from.

    Your People

    It’s imperative to assess and determine who will go with you to the Promised Land. We will assess your community, allies and partnerships that will get you to where you need to go. This is the ideal time to invite your trusted person into a few sessions.

  • Your Superpowers

    You aren’t starting over, you’re starting from experience. We will take all of your superpowers and use them as lanterns to light the way.

    Your Blind Spots

    If you can’t see what you’re doing wrong, then you’re doing it right. That’s why I call these blind spots. We all have them. We will identify what’s holding you back, interrupting your progress or blocking your flow.

    Your Turning Point

    This is the turning point in your journey. With a clear vision of who you are and what you are about, we will decide on your plan to move forward with confidence.

  • Assemble Your People

    As mentioned, we don’t journey alone. We have people with us who can see where we are going and want to help us get there. During this session, you will bring 1-3 people to prepare you for what’s next.

    You Take the Lead

    It’s time to make the steps to execute on all you have discovered. I will be one step behind to keep you motivated and committed to the sh/fts. You’re not alone, you’re gaining speed and on your way to your promise land.

    Let’s look back at where you started, what you discovered, what you gained and where you’re going. The path is now clear and you’ve gained the strength to continue.

and have the confidence to navigate and face whatever comes your way!

After our time together you will have the option to meet as needed for 1-hour sessions.

Once submitted, I will schedule our first session and bill through Quickbooks. Your coaching agreement will come through Docusign.
