Check-in between 1-3 pm
Nervous System Renewal on Day One with an optional massage and downtime to settle in. Dinner with a ritual to help us check out and check in with ourselves and intentions for the weekend.
Friday / CLARITY
9 - 5 pm / Brunch + cookies, coffee and tea at 3 pm

Before we decide where your business is going, we need an honest picture of where it is now.
We’ll start with a Business Breakthrough Audit — a thoughtful evaluation of the past year designed to uncover what’s working, what isn’t and what you may be too close to see.
We’ll look at your goals, offers, revenue, clients and opportunities. We’ll revisit the ideas that have been sitting on the back burner and the things you’ve continued doing simply because you’ve always done them.
We’ll look for clues in customer reviews, testimonials and feedback to understand what people already value about you, what they come to you for and the words they use to describe the difference you make.
We’ll also bring you into the equation. Using your personal and behavioral assessments, we’ll identify your natural strengths, working style and patterns — and explore how your business can better leverage who you actually are and where you need support.
This isn’t about judging the year behind you. It’s about finding the evidence and patterns that will inform what comes next.
By the end of Day One, you’ll have a clearer picture of what you have, what you know, what makes you distinct — and how to position you to stand out.

Sunday / Closing Ritual
Slow morning with brunch / 10 - 12 session (check out by 1 pm)
Before we return to real life, we’ll hold space to absorb what surfaced over the weekend. Validating the direction of others and naming our own commitments.
Through reflection, guided ritual and intuitive practices, we’ll step away from strategy. This is the powerful “ah-ha!” moment to close our time together.
During the retreat you’ll also have access to the hot tub, hiking trails (wear orange!) along the Boardman River, and unlimited use of the Kloud PEMF mat.
