Unlocking Potential: How Personality Tests Reveal Your Superpowers and Blind Spots
I am a personality test junkie. I LOVE THEM! You name it, I’ve taken it.
These tests are not a horoscope or a diagnosis. They are meant to show you extremes in your personality and how you relate to peers. In other words … YOU ARE NOT ALONE! And, while you’re unique, sorry … you’re not that unique (this should come as a relief).
This blog will help you navigate the use of these popular personality tests.
Boundaries in Real Life
The word, “boundaries” is over used and misused … if you ask me ;)
We are haphazardly using the word as we try to understand the role of people in our lives. I would argue, we are trying to understand ourselves and need space from people in order to do so. Simply stated, boundaries are where I end and you begin. Here’s how you sort that out …

In other words, don’t trust yourself … trust outside sources for the answers. Meanwhile, the older women in my life would ask, “What’s your gut say?” In my later years, during therapy I did a body audit of past decisions …

However, rest is not just a break from the chaos; it is an essential ingredient for sustained productivity, creativity, and well-being.
